Interests: Occupational and Environmental Health, Health effects of low level exposures, Gulf War veterans’ illnesses, Sick building syndrome, Pesticides, US-Mexico border environmental and public health.

MD: UTHSCSA; Residency: Brackenridge Hospital Austin, Texas. Fellowship: Allergy and Clinical Immunology, UTHSCSA. Board certified in Internal Medicine and Allergy-Immunology. Dr. Miller teaches Occupational and Environmental Medicine and directs the South Texas Environmental Education and Research (STEER) program at the U.S./Mexico Border.
