Abstract: The "Career Development" course describes methods for faculty to identify desired career paths, evaluate potential for success, and monitor progress in meeting career goals. The course covers three chapters on Personal Career Assessment, Career Development Plans, and Performance Appraisals.

 

Target Audience: Potential target audience(s) for this course are Family Medicine faculty and Family Medicine residents.
