ill Rogers once called San Antonio "one of the four unique cities in the US", and it certainly lives up to that reputation. Located near the natural beauty of the Texas Hill Country, San Antonio is the 7th largest city in the US with a population of over 1 million. However, the city maintains the atmosphere of a smaller town as it preserves its diverse cultural legacy of Spanish, Western, German and Mexican heritages.
