STARNet is a learning community of primary care clinicians, staff and patients in offices/clinics across South Texas who participate in research to gain knowledge and understanding about how to improve the health of patients and their communities.
Our Mission is to conduct and disseminate practice-based research that results in new knowledge and improves the health of patients in South Texas.
